At times when watching "The Killing" you get the feeling Kubrick was trying to win a bet about how many tracking shots can be stomached in one film. Zippy & calculated and a denouement straight outta "Treasure of the Sierra Madre.
" Elisha Cook again works wonders with his pigeon-hole, and are we hearing the same narrator as in Strangelove?
