Review of The Killing (1956) by Doug C — 07 Aug 2009
Although seldom included in Stanley Kubrick collections, this early crime noir from Kubrick about a racetrack robbery is one of his best movies. Tight plot, great noir cinematography, and a great role by Sterling Hayden who would later star in Dr.
Strangelove.
