Review of The Killing (1956) by Neal A — 07 Feb 2012
This was a very interesting heist movie from Stanley Kubrick.
We get to learn the role of each member of the gang and a little bit about them.
Using a narrator to walk us through the movie wasn't my favorite part of the film but it was useful.
You can definitely see that a lot of newer heist and crime movies took a lot of ideas from this film.
A beautiful black and white movie that moves very quickly and is quite violent when it gets to the violence.
