Casey Affleck is perfect is this dark and disturbing thriller that shocks and surprises. He plays such an unsettlingly real performance of a psycho unraveling before us. Alba and Hudson too are great in a tragic , touching and sympathetic roles that might well be their very best. It's definitely Winterbottom's!
Not for everyone but brilliant all the same.
