I like 'em dark and this one delivers big time. Casey Affleck is the lead in this film about a small town Texas deputy who has something dark awakened inside him after he's assaulted by a local prostitute.
A great cast does a fine job working against type. If you enjoyed Last Exit to Brooklyn or No Country for Old Men, you should check this out.
