(2010) The Kids Are All Right.
DRAMA.
The set up has 16 or 17 underage son Laser (Josh Hutchinson)of a lesbian couple (Annete Benning as the dominant counterpart and Julianne Moore as the female counterpart) becoming curious about who the sperm donor is, and secretly requests his older sister to look into it whose just turn 18 and an adult to see what he really looks like, who in turn is Paul, naturally played by Mark Ruffalo reprising his role again he soilidified his name on the map in "You Can Count On Me" returns again as the 'person whose made other peoples lives meserable again' had he never met them would've been better kind of thing.
Great beginning and interesting set up but cannot seem to maintain it's rhythm despite great acting by the entire cast.
Nominated for four Oscars including Best Picture, Best Actress in a Supporting Role for Annette Benning, Best Acting In A Supporting Role for Mark Ruffalo and Screen play.
2.5 out of 4.
