The Kid with a Bike - Rating 7.9 This is a wonderful French film about an 11 year old, Cyril (Thomas Doret) who is abandoned by his father. Cyril desperately and tenaciously looks for his father. And he is also determined to find his bike which his father had when he disappeared.
Cyril's emotional struggles are supported by a kind and lonely hairdresser, Samantha (Cecile de France). The single, childless Samantha agrees to take care of Cyril during weekends and they develop a son -mother relationship which faces many challenges.
The movie is worth seeing.
