Review of The Kid (2000) by Dave C — 11 Jul 2007

It's not terrible as far as Disney family flicks go. Willis can tend to be hit and miss sometimes, and generally in these types of roles he comes off a bit static. He does manage to pull off the stiff character with a bit of charisma though, and the movies got enough emotion to be slightly heartwarming and inspirational.

The premise also lends itself to a bit of mystery, which helps give the film some depth.
