Review of The Keep (1983) by Filmgrinder S — 14 May 2011
Early Michael Mann that has an interesting premise, but is ultimately just...well, bad. Nazis being killed by a soul sucking demon in a Romanian castle should have made for a much better movie. It's very sloppy though, the soundtrack is out of place, and the sound is terrible (might have more to do with Netflix though).
Notable for having a young(er) Ian McKellen as a Jewish scholar.
