I've never watched any of the Karate Kid movies, but I have heard that they made a remake of the original. So, I got it on dvd for christmas almost three months ago. I watched it once and I really liked it.
The character development was amazing, The actors were amazing, The music score from James Horner has heart and emotion, and the Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan make a great screening team in this awesome and powerful remake.
