It's really just a lovable inspirational teen movie. The craziest part is the Cobra Kai, some of the most ruthless teenage bullies ever seen on screen. Pat Morita is also pretty amazing as Mr. Miyagi and Ralph Macchio is probably the most endearing aspect of the whole thing.
