I love stories of the powerless taking on the powerful. I love stories of father figures and sons. I love humor. And when I was a kid I loved Elizabeth Shue. So what's not to like about this? But whether you like it or not you need to listen to Gary Gulman's Karate Kid bit from his stand up CD "No Can Defend.
