Review of The Jungle Book (2016) by Ravi N — 20 Mar 2017
Welp, here I thought I can't hate child actors more than I did. I actually like the original now more than before I watched this one. Hey I found a positive! This movie already loses a star, because it exists.
And than comes the acting, and the CGI.... Here is the problem with special effects: We know it isn't real, so it bugs the hell out of me. I loved the CGI in Rogue One, I actually stopped for a second and though "Wait, did they found doppelgängers??".
IT WAS THAT GOOD. I found out the whole Jungle Book is CGI after I saw it and it still looked fake as shit. Aside from the plot-holes that this movie didn't bother to fix, to the acting, CGI. This movie WILL make you love the original even if you hated it.
I don't understand why people liked it. It's so lifeless. Just watch the original again... I hate this movie, almost as much I hate the fact that it even exists.
