Review of The Jungle Book (2016) by Jens S — 20 Jan 2018

It takes a few minutes to get used to the look and feel of the film but then it turns out to be a little wonder for young and old: A huge, beautifully animated, exciting and fun adventure movie based on the Disney classic, but thankfully with only two songs.

Perfectly balancing humor and drama, the film adds little wonderful details to the well known characters here and there, making for a much deeper experience than the animated original. The voice acting, the design, everything's wonderful.
