A fine example on what the Dark Age of Disney was like. Granted, Tony Jay was GREAT as Shere Khan, but that's about it. Everything about this film is half-rate. John Goodman and Haley Joel Osment (though good actors) were terrible for the roles they were given, the songs were annoying, Phil Collins was annoying (can't believe I said that about my favorite singer), the story has no rhyme or reason, and the whole thing seems more like a bad fanfiction than a sequel to one of my all-time favorite movies.
