Review of The Jungle Book (1994) by Papadrew7 — 14 Apr 2016
Fantastic CGI and great 3d made this movie a technological marvel. The story was good too but the kid's acting took me out of it in some scenes, you could tell he was spouting verbalized lines in some scenes and others said you could tell he was acting in front of a green screen in some moments, BUT those scenes were few but it was a enough to warrant a two point reduction for an overall ranking of 8 out of 10.
Personally, I don't know if its bias sense I grew up with the cartoon version but I liked the cartoon movie better. I also didn't like ( SPOILER ALERT) the kid doesn't go back to the man village so its like they are setting it up for a sequel instead of having a proper ending like the original.
