Review of The Jungle Book (1967) by Matt N — 29 Nov 2011
A great adaptation of the original "Mowgli" novels in this Disney classic directly overseen by Walt Disney himself. It features excellent voice acting by many of the same people you'd hear in other Disney movies of the same era such as "The Sword in the Stone" and "Robin Hood".
The film is wonderfully colourful and exuberant with its memorable soundtrack and animation. It features an assortment of varying characters that all have their little moments. Its a happy film that ends with a sense of hope and fulfillment.
