Robert Downey Jr plays a lawyer who is forced to defend his dad (Robert Duvall) when he is accused of murder.
This courtroom/family drama is pretty paint-by-numbers but it does have a solid performance from the leads. There is one heartbreaking scene where Downey finds his dad in the bathroom. But the surprises and twists aren't really there for this to be a must see. (3 out of 5) So Says the Soothsayer.
