Review of The Judge (2014) by Taylor B — 21 Mar 2015
Ambitiously complex, but ultimately leaves the viewer unsatisfied and wishing for an alternate ending... At least, that was my impression after the first viewing. Upon a second viewing, I was able to see past the simplicity of the plot to really appreciate the characters and their relationships.
From that standpoint, this is an excellent film afterall.
