Not bad. I've seen Duchovny in a lot of shit, ditto Demi Moore, but this is funny and real at the same time. The story is not your run of the mill crap: a fake family moves into a nameless affluent neighborhood to pimp high end consumerism.
It's an idea that just might have happened. The dynamics of the story show that you might have a great business plan but that doesn't mean that there aren't going to be some human shenanigans along the way and the script takes us on a nice little ride.
Good story and good acting. Worth a rent.
