Review of The Joneses (2010) by Garrett A — 20 Apr 2011
This is a really weird movie. It didn't turn out at all like what I thought it would be. I thought it was gonna be a comedy, but it's more of a drama. It starts out as a comedy but then it kind of turns into a drama, because it's about a family but they're not actually a real family.
They're a family that's assigned together, for selling their "toys" by that I mean expensive cars, and accesories. But eventually the husband (David Duchovny) can't take it anymore, he starts to fall in love with the wife, (Demi Moore).
It's kind of a sad movie in a way, but it's also a comedy. And it's very stylish. I personally liked it, but for some people it may be stupid, it's a you like/you don't like situation.
