â??It was never easy for me. I was born a poor black child.â?? The Jerk perfectly captures that silly, quick punchline jokey style of early Steve Martin and if yer not into it yer not into it. Personally, I like the epic quest feel of Navin Johnsonâ??s rags to riches story.
And if I donâ??t laugh at one joke another one is right around the corner. Love the family. Love the cans. Love the dog. Silly & stupid. VF.
