Review of The Jerk (1979) by Skyler I — 26 Feb 2009
A laugh riot from start to (almost) finish. The pace of the film, as well as the number of laughs, slows down considerably near the end in favor of plot development, but there are enough good quotes and sight gags in this film to keep you laughing long after turning off the DVD player.
Perhaps Steve Martin's finest comedy.
