Review of The Jazz Singer (1927) by John F — 11 Nov 2007
Not much of a movie... but still very important. Blackface creeps me out but Al Jolson is otherwise quite the entertainer. His lines are amazing to watch and then trying to think what it must have been like to have seen this in 1927.
