Review of The Jazz Singer (1927) by Ashley H — 10 Sep 2010
The Jazz Singer is a historic film because it is the first talkie. The music is incredible. My favorite song in the movie is Blue Skies. Al Jolson gave an incredible performance. The screenplay is well written.
Alan Crosland did a great job directing this film. I enjoyed this motion picture because of the music and characters. The Jazz Singer is a must see.
