Review of The Jane Austen Book Club (2007) by Jeff F — 01 Jan 2011

I didn't know what to expect of this film but after having watched it I can honestly say that I really enjoyed it. I rather enjoyed Emily Blunt's performance in this film, she was quite convincing.

I think she had the toughest assignment, character, in this film. I was glad to see Hugh Dancy in this film, he is fast becoming one of my favourite actors, he gives another great performance here. I have always liked Maria Bello and her performance in this film did not dissappoint me, I think she is such a good actress.

Also I thought that Amy Brenneman gave a very good performance in this film. This movie is character driven and it was quite interesting. I'm glad I watched this film.
