Review of The Jacket (2005) by Bill B — 16 May 2009
Just gave this another look this afternoon.
Overall a rather slow and melancholy little film, with Brody and Knightley giving pretty nuanced performances as two rather broken characters drifting through their rather sad little lives. I actually rooted for them to find some happiness quite a bit, I think I found this much more engaging than I expected to based on the trailer.
Well worth a look. recommended.
