Review of The Jacket (2005) by Brynn H — 19 Jun 2010
The Jacket is another psychological thriller with a highly convoluted plot. Adrien Brody plays a Gulf War (1st) vet suffering from retrograde amnesia who is institutionalized after allegedly committing a murder. In the mental hospital he is subjected to a innovative yet disturbing treatment that allows him to see glimpses of the future.
Overal a decent film, but nothing outrageously spectacular. Keira Knightley feels miscast in this movie but Adrien Brody does a great job in the lead role.
