A Gulf War soldier is shot and dies during the conflict but returns to life to be sent to the an institution for the criminally insane for a crime he did not commit. Used unwillingly as a tester for a new method of cure, he is placed inside a strait jacket and coffin like drawer where he has trips that take him to a different dimension and time frame.
Typical psychological thriller that chooses style over substance, and while the premise makes the film sounds originally elaborate, it is actually a very conventional time travelling mystery.
