Review of The Jackal (1997) by Corey N — 13 Dec 2009
This is a decent action film. It stars Bruce Willis, Richard Gere and Sidney Poitier. Basically about this assassin for hire that no one can find. So they get a ex IRA member to help them track this assassin down.
The story is decent and the movie is full of action sequences. Bascially what you would expect from this. The story itself reminds me of a novel by Jack Higgins called "Eye of the Storm". Sort of similar.
Do not expect the best performances from the actors in this. They all do a good job in their roles but they have all made better. Overall a worth at least a one time watch.
