To compare this to the original Michael Caine movie is simply not fair. Of course the original is better; it's Michael Caine! But as a judged as a stand-alone film, we still find a few problems. Really it's a decent action flick, but more of a revenge story than a caper.

I miss the 60s caper movies when watching it. Some acting is a little cheesy, and this is pretty much a Mini Cooper commercial!
