Review of The Italian Job (2003) by Matm — 20 Feb 2021
I originally saw this movie in theaters, and I really liked it a lot, but it took me about 20 years to watch it again, and I am saddened to state that it just hasn't aged well. I can't pick out any particular reason for the disappointment.
The heist is interesting, and it is always a pleasure to see non-CGI action scenes, but the movie just wasn't fun. Maybe it is just less enjoyable after learning all of the twists in the story.
