Review of The Italian Job (1969) by Maria S — 26 Apr 2009
Given my heritage, I am naturally predisposed to liking a movie about a British boys club stealing 4 million dollars through a traffic jam in the streets of Turin.
But I loved it. The opening scene is brilliant, and Matt Monro is an excellent choice of soundtrack, fitting in well with the fact that this film is the epitome of British cool.
