A film beloved by many, I'm afraid I build my expectations up a little too high. Don't get me wrong; I did like it. Caine is always at least good in everything he does, Benny Hill in one of his few film roles stands out, and the chase scene was pretty good.
It was fun; but I did not find it to be a great film, or even an outstanding caper film.
