Review of The Isle (2000) by Paul M — 10 Nov 2008
Strangely hypnotic as it is beautiful to look and without much dialogue. Its pace may leave some viewers alienated but for those who stick with it you will feel rewarded. It does have some bizarrely graphic scenes and some cruelty to animals so be warned (although these will be missing from the UK version).
