The performance is very strong and she's certainly believable. The movie did make me question my core beliefs but in the end I felt it was dishonest that the movie asked you to feel for her. That is really the problem with "us liberals".
That the other side pushes and pushes to denigrate us and in the moment when they need compassion, we give it to them --and then they come back at us for being weak.
