Review of The Iron Giant (1999) by Anthony L — 23 Jul 2012
Before Brad Bird went into making Pixar Films (Ratatouille, The Incredibles), he made a small film called The Iron Giant, which in my opinion, is his best film. Do not mistaken The Iron Giant to be a strictly KIDS ONLY film, because it's definitely not that. Everyone can learn something from this film: no matter what size or difference between two individuals, you can always make friends. The Iron Giant is funny and Bird tells a great story about friendship and sacrifice. The Iron Giant is a small gem that has not been discovered by many but once you discover it, you will never forget it.
Favorite Scene: The ending scene when The Iron Giant sacrifices himself.
