Review of The Iron Giant (1999) by Stefan G — 29 Mar 2013
It's a miracle of animation beyond compare. The animation is virtually flawless, and I believe it will hold up for many decades to come. The characters, for once, are all brilliant, especially down to the fact that the film's young lead is actually voiced by a child actor, and not a woman doing a young boy's voice.
The story is actually cleverly written, which is impressive considering the 90-minute length. Overall, this truly is the perfect film for anyone to watch.
