It starts out interesting, and it's able to ratchet up the suspense for a while, but as more comes to light, the movie unravels more and more, all the way to its unsatisfying conclusion. Kusama's track record does not inspire confidence, and it's pretty unfortunate for her that when she's finally able to show some capable direction, she's mostly failed by the screenplay.
