Review of The Invisible Woman (2013) by George P — 24 Jan 2014
There's much to admire here in the work of Ralph Fiennes and Felicity Jones; the cinematography of Rob Hardy and the impressive period recreation efforts of the art directors. This isn't so much a romance picture as it is a studied look at the status of men and women in Victorian culture especially where it concerns the literary giant of the age, Charles Dickens.
