Review of The Invention of Lying (2009) by Megumi S — 30 Jul 2011

This movie is hard movie to really diagnose. It has a great concept to it, and has its funny moments, but even those aren't laugh out loud funny, and more so clever. The movie adds a religious tint to that comes a bit out of nowhere and has context with the story, but still does not really sit well with the theme of the movie.

The movie has its bright points and Ricky Gervais fans will enjoy it overall, but a majority of people will find this a miss.
