The Invention of Lying is a huge disappointment from comedy god Ricky Gervais. The script is not as funny as it thinks it is and the whole concept never reaches its full potential. There are strong performances to be found yet they're all predictable roles.
Watch Ghost Town instead of this rather cliche-infested comedy.
