Review of The Invasion (2007) by Paul C — 30 Nov 2009
I loved this; not sure why I missed seening it in theaters 2 years ago. Basically an alien spore lands on earth which takes affect while you sleep, changing your DNA to theirs. The only way you can fool the infected is to show no emotion.
Starring Nicole Kidman,and Daniel Craig;who are fantastic. Kidman does a very good job of not showing emotion which is actually not as easy as it sounds. This is a remake of the film "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" which I have not seen so I can not compare.
If you have seen any of the other versions you probably won't like this. However I definitely recommend seeing this film, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.
