Review of The Invasion (2007) by Michael W — 06 Feb 2012
I like the movie "The Invasion" . "The Invasion" asks the question are we, as humans, the savage animal which will do anything to protect our own interests. The movie answers the question when Carol Bennell uses a gun to protect her own son.
We see peace when the world is infected with the body snatcher who live as a collective. The collective is soulless people without emotion, who act logically. The question is were people better off without free will? I love the movie remake, because they show how the Body Snatcher works like a virus.
One gets cut or ingests the virus and is consumed by the virus when they sleep is a great movie twist. I like the solution where they find a vaccine for the virus. I give the movie three stars.
