My kids love scary movies, but the "kiddie" ones are way too cheesy for us and the "adult" ones are always too vulgar for them to watch. With this movie having one 2 mild words and zero nudity it was perfect for us to watch in a room full of people age range from 60 down to 5.
It had just enough suspense and creepiness for them and us without being too violent or crude for them.
