Review of The Interview (2014) by David O — 14 Jun 2015
With all its media attention the film's silliness really undermines the controversy this film made. Many subjects and themes brought up by this film are indeed brave with it also carrying an important message of influence within the media.
The story and key points of the gags are handled well and there enough laugh out loud moments to make this a generally mad and pleasing film that is helped by Franco's extravagant dumb guy performance coupled with what has worked for Rogan for most of his successful career.
