Moderately amusing.
Franco is a weak point for me - while Rogen managed to pull off a genuine character (albeit a very Rogenesque one) Franco pranced around being goofy. It just never solidified and the both fall into that "riffing" thing they seem to think is funny.
It runs low on laughs and is very predictable but it's not a waste of time if you're looking for a basic comedy.
