You can't give someone a copy of any movie, say, Schindler's List, tell them it's a comedy and expect them to think its funny. That's the sort of logic The Interview seems to think works.
There were a couple moments of humor but they felt more like comedic relief, and in the long run, The Interview wasn't funny, and there sure isn't any other quality of the movie to make up for it.
