'The Internship' is pretty much exactly what it appears, an average, somewhat bland buddy comedy. It's formulaic, takes few risks, and reeks of being left in some studio executives drawer until the proper talent came on board.
Luckily, that talent is Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson, and they manage to inject enough charm, spirit, and most importantly, laughs to the affair to make it worth a rental (If you're bored one night).
