Well written story. I also like the chemistry between Watts and Owen; they acted in such a way as to suggest a strictly work-based relationship which avoids the always-popular sexual tension between opposite-gender main characters.
This is a pleasant change, and Owen's performance of a fanatically devoted law enforcement officer knocked this film out of the park. A few shooting scenes bring this up to a 4 or 4.5.
